Bruce Fraser began investing in real estate in order to facilitate a stronger financial future and earlier retirement. He became a Real Estate Investment Advisor (REIA) so he could leverage his knowledge and experience to help others get off the standard investment stream. A detail-oriented problem solver, Bruce has the ability to see the big picture and plan long term. He is dedicated, hardworking and conscientious. He strives to secure his family’s future through real estate and to help others do the same. Accomplished and respected in his industry, Bruce wants to be remembered as someone who served others and cared for the people around him. He is a church elder, teacher, and music leader. He is a singer and actor, who has been active in musical theatre for several years. Bruce enjoys reading, keeping up with current events, day hikes, and travelling with his family. He is a big music fan, and has been known to hop a plane to see some of his favourite artists in concert. One of his travel goals is to spend six weeks in Hawaii attending the triple crown of surfing!
